Fixed-Scope Installation

Booking & Lead Conversion Setup

For service businesses with a visible conversion leak: people can find you, but the path to book, inquire, call, text, or receive follow-up is harder than it should be.

Standard setup

$750

Fixed scope. 50% to start and 50% at launch. Target turnaround: 3–5 business days after access, content, and required account information are received.

  • One mobile-first booking or lead-intake landing page
  • Service or offer menu setup for the selected conversion path
  • Click-to-call and click-to-text actions where appropriate
  • Lead capture with clear next-step routing
  • One basic confirmation or follow-up workflow using the client's existing supported tools
  • Website and Google Business Profile booking-link recommendations
  • Launch checklist and one post-launch adjustment round

What moves to a custom quote

  • Custom booking APIs or live-availability integrations
  • New CRM, POS, payment, or scheduling platform migrations
  • Complex multi-location or multi-department routing
  • Custom AI agents or advanced automations
  • Paid advertising, ongoing campaign management, or unlimited revisions

Good fit

A barber, contractor, professional service firm, cleaner, or other appointment/lead-driven business that already has a real offer and needs a cleaner conversion path—not a ground-up software platform.

Upgrade path

If the setup reveals a deeper operational problem, Mark & Lee can scope a separate implementation for live availability, integrations, CRM workflows, Growth Operations, reporting, or ongoing management. The $750 setup does not quietly expand into custom development.

Nail salons

A dedicated Mark & Lee + Nail Source implementation path

For nail salons, Mark & Lee can build the customer-facing website, service presentation, booking flow, intake, conversion copy, and growth layer while Nail Source serves as the authoritative booking system underneath it. The goal is one connected customer experience without creating competing calendars or booking records.

Keep an existing booking platform

Use the $750 front-end setup when the salon already has a booking system worth keeping but still has website, service-menu, intake, group-booking, or follow-up friction.

Move into Nail Source

A Mark & Lee + Nail Source implementation is separately scoped when Nail Source will own services, staff, availability, appointments, rescheduling, cancellations, and booking events. Typical initial implementation target: $1,250–$2,000+, depending on staff, locations, catalog complexity, migration, and integrations. Recurring Nail Source platform/booking fees are separate.

Kim's Nails is the current implementation case study for this architecture. Performance claims are not published until measured.
