Mark & Lee front end
Customer-facing website, service presentation, booking calls to action, intake, conversion copy, lead capture, and growth follow-up.
Salon Booking Systems
Mark & Lee builds the website, service presentation, conversion flow, intake, and growth layer. For nail salons that need the booking backend too, Nail Source can own the operational truth for services, technicians, availability, appointments, rescheduling, cancellations, and booking events.
Customer-facing website, service presentation, booking calls to action, intake, conversion copy, lead capture, and growth follow-up.
For onboarded nail salons, Nail Source is designed to own services, staff, schedules, availability, appointments, rescheduling, cancellations, and booking events.
Staff work from one booking truth while Mark & Lee improves the customer journey and growth operations around it. No competing appointment calendar.
Path A
If a salon is happy with its existing scheduler, Mark & Lee can improve the front-end booking, service-menu, intake, custom/group booking, and follow-up experience without manufacturing a migration. The standard fixed-scope front-end setup is $750 when the work fits that scope.
Path B
If booking is manual, fragmented, or the owner wants a new nail-specific backend, Mark & Lee can scope Nail Source onboarding and integration. Initial implementation target: $1,250–$2,000+, depending on staff, locations, service catalog, migration, and integrations. Recurring Nail Source platform/booking fees are separate.
Kim's Nails is Mark & Lee's current implementation case study for this architecture. The project is establishing the reusable connection between service presentation, booking integration, staff access, secure intake, and growth operations. Performance outcomes will only be published after they are measured.
